The Little Ireland Arts Collective is based in Edinburgh. They wanted a website to showcase what they do and signpost people to their social media accounts. They also wanted the site to serve as an example for funders.

Safer Orkney
Safer Orkney is a website run by Orkney Partnership for Action Against Gender Based Violence and Abuse works at a local level as the key driver for multi-agency work to tackle violence against women and girls and gender based violence.
We worked with the partnership to develop their first website. The brief included making sure that the site was accessible, and easy to use.
Priority was given to ensuring that information was easy to find, and that the site could be exited quickly when needed.
We are continuing to offer the partnership support to maintain the website.
“I would highly recommend Isle Develop to anyone who requires a professional website developed, graphic design or just wading through the complexities of social media to promote your business.
“They cannot be faulted on their development of the website they created for our partnership group. It has elevated the partnership to a completely different level, inspiring confidence in those who require information due its professional layout, format and ease of use.
“Right from planning stage and up until launch day, there was continued communication of each stage of development. Rhoda is extremely pleasant to work with, and nothing is too much trouble for her. She will try her utmost to ensure customer’s needs and requirements are met, and is there to offer support and guidance in maintaining the website (Safer Orkney – Keeping you safer in the Orkney Islands).
“Our partnership couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you.

Hebrides People
Hebrides People is a visitor centre and genealogy archive based in Northton, in Harris.
We have been working with them to redevelop their website and archive.
The archive has over 200,000 records in it. We are working on the project in two phases. The first phase – the new website design – is now live.
The search and shop functionality will be updated soon as we rebuild the database, which is phase 2.
We worked with Hebrides People to:
- Create a new logo.
- Rebuild the site as a mobile-first website
- Restructure their content.
- Add additional features such as learning resources and village histories and stories.
- Create an open source resource which will allow all St Kilda records to be searched free of charge.
The site is bilingual.
We will be working with Hebrides People over the next 6 months to add more polish and functionality to the site and to supercharge the archive. We can’t wait!
Why are we working in phases? Well, this is a huge project with lots of moving parts. So, we decided to work incrementally. It means that progess is visible, and that people get to use the new functionality sooner rather than later. It also means that we can address feedback and changes as we go.

Scottish Rural and Islands Parliament
We worked with Scottish Rural Action to refresh their logo and build the first dedicated website for the Scottish Rural and Islands Parliament.
‘We were delighted to work with Isle Develop on a new website for the Scottish Rural and Islands Parliament. Isle Develop took time to understand our needs and gave us very helpful suggestions as and when.
They have lots of creativity and supplied us not only with a fantastic website, with a brilliant logo too. Working with Kyle, Rou, Rhoda and Mark was not only an easy process, but they are fun, understanding, professional and insightful. We are very pleased!’
Catriona Mallows – Scottish Rural ActionWe have recently updated the website to reflect the fact that the Parliament is over. We will keep working with the SRA to make sure that videos and notes from the event are add to the site.

Young Islanders Network
We worked with the Young Islanders Network to develop a brand new website.
They wanted a hub to showcase their projects and news, as well as an interactive map of their locations.
The project went through two phases. We built the first version of the site and provided an animation challenge and a mapping challenge, so that young people could be part of the second phase of design.
We incorporated their ideas into the second version of the site.
Rhoda and Mark worked with Jack Lockhart from Screen Argyll for the animation components of the project.
The Young Islanders Network project was commissioned by Youth Scotland.
